our recommendation is to pay as soon as possible to
guarantee your space. We can not guarantee your space
before the payment is done

can choose your prefered payment resource using cash,
bank deposit, travelers check or credit card. After
the payment is confirmed you will get the official documents
of your reservation.

Sometimes
we may ask for a copy of your card and passport as additional
security requirement. This policy flows directly from
the Credit Card Company and responds to international
security procedures against fraud. Asking for those
documents does not mean any distrust, just a protection
of your transactions. Also it is possible that sometimes
wlll be necessary to show your card and identification
at the front desk of the hotel or tour operator. Please
bring it with you.

rates in this site are expressed in United Sates of
America Currency (dollars) and includes all
official taxes. You not have to pay anything else
related with the service selected.
- All payments
are converted to Costa Rica currency, colones. In case
of foreign currencies the total amount will be converted
using the Official Costa Rica Central Bank exchange rate
of the day. Questions about the exchange rate of your

In case of refunds may be a very small difference between
your payment and the money we send back to you, due
to the devaluation and exchange rate. When you ask for
a refund, you are accepting this difference.
- You
will receive a detailed voucher from Infoturistica with
your name , incoming and outgoing dates, number of days,
room type or tour, and total amount. Please preserve this
voucher in excellent conditions.Any irregularity makes
it null and void
- You
must always show your voucher at the front desk or counter
of the hotel, tour or transportation service.
- I have
read and accept the conditions of the reservation and
I agree to pay the amount here authorized, even though
I have not signed the original charge note or voucher
. I agree to pay this amount in case of „no show“
or cancellation within 6 days of arrival date. I agree
to pay 50% of this amount if the reservation is cancelled
within 7 to 15 days prior to arrival. I agree to pay 20%
of this amount if reservation is cancelled 15 or more
days prior to arrival date. Cancellation has to be done
in written form.
