Conscious design amid untouched nature has made the Aguila de Osa Inn the choice of discerning world travelers. Sumptuous meals catering to every taste are no accident. Our cooks have been trained by chefs from many lands.
Breakfast: a mouthwatering array of fresh baked hot breads, eggs, cereals, pancakes, crisp bacon, ham, tropical fruits, juices, coffee, tea.
Lunch can be anything from sandwiches, fruit and dessert to a three-course hot meal, depending on the day's agenda.

 

Hors d'oeuvres are served at the bar at sunset; perhaps sashimi, from yellow fin tuna, along with cocktails and tall tales of the day's adventures.
Dinner is a melange of freshly-caught fish (yellow-fin tuna, red snapper, shrimp, among others); roasted chicken, pork or beef; grilled or steamed vegetables; rice, potatoes or pasta; red and white Chilean wines.
We serve all meals family-style . The table fairly groans with the succulent feast while guests trade lively stories of the day's wildlife encounters. There's always more to share.
